Non-members include: REALTORS® and non-REALTORS® who are not a current member of either CREA-IN or ICBR. Institute Affiliates will be priced as non-members. 
Note: To receive early bird pricing, courses must be purchased by 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026. Purchased courses can be completed at any time before the CE deadline of June 30, 2026. Course pricing will increase to $25 per course for Members and $30 per course for Non-Members on May 1, 2026.
