What does it mean if a course says it's offered as a live webinar?

This course will be offered as a webinar through Zoom, hosted live on a specific date and time. Attendees who register for the course can join the Zoom session directly through this website (no Zoom account required) to earn CE credits through a live, digital session and actively participate in a Q & A session at the end of the course. 

I enrolled in a live webinar. How do I join it?

Once you enroll in a course, you can add a calendar reminder by scrolling down to the course activities, navigating through the course directions, and then choosing "Add to Calendar". To join the live session, go back to the course activities and choose to join the Live Session. You will also receive reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour in advance of the session with step-by-step instructions to join. 
Note: You will need to join via a desktop or laptop computer, as mobile devices will not support this webinar. You do NOT need a Zoom account to access this webinar.

I can't attend the live webinar, but I'm interested in the course topic. Will I still be able to take the course?

Yes! After the webinar has ended, the recording from it will be available as a fully asynchronous On-Demand course to be taken anywhere, at any time until all courses close on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
You can earn CE for watching this webinar recording and passing a short quiz on the subject matter, similar to how courses have been offered in previous years. 

I attended a live webinar. Can I take the same course a second time in an On-Demand format?

No, you CANNOT earn CE twice for this course by attending the live webinar and completing it as an On-Demand course. Those who attended a course as a live webinar should NOT enroll in the On-Demand course. Please explore our other course offerings here and choose a course that you have not yet taken.

I enrolled in a live webinar course but was not able to attend the live webinar. Is there a way I can still take this course?

If you were already enrolled in this course as a live webinar, your enrollment will transfer to the accompanying fully asynchronous On-Demand course. You will be able to learn from a recording of the live webinar and can complete the course at any time until all courses close on June 30, 2026. You can earn CE for watching this webinar recording and passing a short quiz on the subject matter. 
Note: Please allow up to 5 days for a live webinar course to appear in an On-Demand format. 

I enrolled in a live webinar course and was only able to attend part of it. Will I still earn CE credit for it?

You must attend a minimum of 90 minutes of a live session in order to be eligible for CE. If you are not present for the minimum amount of time, you will not be allowed to move forward in the course. We recommend waiting until the course is offered in an on-demand format (typically 24-48 hours after the webinar has ended) and watching the full recording at that time to advance in the course. You will not be required to re-purchase the course. 

How do I access my purchased courses?

You can access courses you have already purchased by navigating to the Courses tab and choosing My Courses on the left.

Where can I find my certificates?

After completing your course, you can find your certificates in an email from ICBR & CREA. You can also access them by going to the Me tab and selecting Inbox.

How do I know if I already have an account through this platform?

ICBR changed learning platforms in 2025. If you have not taken an On-Demand CE course with us since then, you will need to create a new account. If you took an On-Demand CE course with us for the 2024-25 cycle, you can log in using your previous information. If your login isn't working, please contacts us at info@myicbr.org or call 317-328-5259.

How do I access my invoices?

You can find and download your invoices by navigating to the Me tab and selecting Account.

How do I edit my profile information?

To update your profile information, go to the Me tab, select Profile, and click the Edit button.

How are course topics and instructors chosen? 

Course topics are chosen with the consideration of feedback from previous participants, as well as topics that CREA and ICBR's leadership team feels would be most beneficial to commercial real estate professionals in Indiana. We invite you to leave any topic recommendations or requests in the survey at the end of the course.
