Karla Burck has over 20 years in the affordable housing industry and extensive experience in affordable housing financing and development. She is the Executive VP of Development for KCG Companies, overseeing the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing to long-term performance. Her background includes management and leadership roles with state housing authorities, LIHTC and Tax-Exempt Bond Programs, national LIHTC syndicators, repositioning of troubled assets, and leading national affordable housing developer portfolios. She has participated on and facilitated conference panel discussions at affordable housing conferences such as NCSHA and IPED, sharing her expertise with developers across the country.
