Jeremy Jernigan is a Chief Scientist and Principal Consultant at Intertek-PSI with over 25 years of experience in environmental health and safety, providing nationwide industrial hygiene services that address chemical, physical, and biological workplace hazards. He holds multiple professional certifications and has led major asbestos abatement, indoor air quality, and mold remediation projects for private and governmental clients across the southeastern United States.
Alan Scott, FAIA, LEED FELLOW, LEED AP, CEM, WELL AP

Alan Scott is a registered architect and sustainability expert with over 30 years of experience and a lifelong commitment to environmental stewardship. Early in his career, he helped launch sustainable design practices at several major firms, later becoming the 13th LEED AP. He creatively applies his skills as a facilitator, consultant, project manager, and educator to support high-performance, sustainable built environment projects in North and South America, focusing on boosting new and existing building performance, decarbonization, occupant wellness, and resilience.
Kelsey Rowe, PE CLD

Kelsey Rowe is a Partner and Senior Electrical Engineer with experience in power systems, lighting design, and auxiliary systems. As a Certified Lighting Designer, she has experience in developing construction documents, writing technical specifications, and performing building assessments. Kelsey keeps a watchful eye on trends in education, especially trends surrounding the technology that supports each aspect of learning—with a particular focus on instructors and students.
