Chris Abel, CHMM is the Director of Expert Witness Services and a Principal Scientist at August Mack Environmental, Inc., with over 30 years of experience in environmental engineering, chemistry, and project management. He is highly knowledgeable in key regulatory programs and has extensive experience with state risk-based closure processes. Chris has led hundreds of site assessments, investigations, and remediation projects across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Seth Thomas
Bose McKinney & Evans LLP
Seth Thomas is a partner in the Bose McKinney & Evans Environmental Litigation Groups. He advises clients in disputes involving environmental cleanup, insurance coverage, technology/software development, class action suits and contracts. Seth is also experienced advising clients in matters related to data privacy, computer forensics, and numerous consumer protection acts. He acts as a trusted advisor for clients on business, litigation, and environmental matters.

Bradley Sugarman serves as chair of Bose McKinney & Evans Environmental Law Group, assisting clients in environmental issues, including regulatory compliance, litigation, and insurance coverage.
