About the Program

This 2-day program allows you to gain a comprehensive, foundational understanding of Indiana commercial real estate. Connect with a small cohort of fellow CRE professionals and benefit from in-person instruction from local experts.

Classes are open to anyone, and attendees can earn an optional certificate by attending all six mandatory courses and passing a 60-question comprehensive exam (must earn 75% or higher). Licensed Indiana brokers can earn 2 hours of continuing education per course for a total of 12 CE credits total.

Note: This program does not award a commercial designation (i.e. CRE, SIOR, CCIM, CPM, etc.) and will not qualify for pre or post licensing education. Additionally, the program is not a substitute for broker licensure. One broker’s license is issued in the state of Indiana by the PLA/IN Real Estate Commission and is valid to practice both commercial and residential real estate. If you are unlicensed and looking to earn an IN Real Estate Brokers’ license, please view this guide from the IN Association of Realtors.

"Learning from local industry heavyweights like Stan Evans was an amazing experience. Being someone who was relatively newer but slightly experienced in my commercial real estate career, this course gave me the added confidence to build upon my successes even further."
- Past Attendee
"This class is tremendously beneficial and I'm glad I took the time to check it out. In all honesty, any new broker to the CRE industry or seasoned broker should go through this program. The industry is changing and keeping up with standards and discussing current best practices was enlightening!"
- Past Attendee

“With over 45 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry on both the appraisals and broker side, I can attest to how important the education in this program is to anyone in the industry. I've had attendees who were just getting their start in commercial transactions and ones who have been doing commercial deals for 18 years, and yet they've all benefitted from this program.”
